Unicars has always been a pioneer, driving developments in the automotive market. Similarly, in this new automotive reality, it holds a dominant role. It's not just the most complete range of electric and plug-in hybrid cars that sets it apart. Having anticipated developments early on, it formulated a comprehensive strategic plan for the development of electromobility in Cyprus. The primary aim of this plan is to create the right conditions for a faster and safer transition to electric vehicles.
We timely initiated technical training so that its staff could acquire the necessary skills and expertise for the after-sales care of electric cars. At the same time, it trained public organizations and bodies, such as the Cyprus Fire Service, to provide the appropriate knowledge for managing accidents involving electric vehicles. Additionally, it implemented an ambitious and extensive program to upgrade all consumer touchpoints (showrooms and workshops) to the strict standards set by the brands it represents, ensuring they meet the new era's requirements and the increased demands of consumers. It also inaugurated the operation of Cyprus' first Battery Repair Center, demonstrating its commitment to the new era and its desire to provide comprehensive services to electric and plug-in hybrid vehicle owners, offering them a unique experience.
Finally, it is rapidly developing the largest privately-owned network of chargers across Cyprus, in key and central locations, aiming to create ideal conditions for a smooth and uninterrupted transition to electromobility.
Soon, even more chargers will be available across the island.
